If you need to return an item, please review our policy below:

‍Returns: You may return your purchase within 30 days of receipt for a refund, minus a 35% remelting fee. The remelting fee covers the cost of processing returned items and restoring them to our inventory.

‍Eligibility: Items must be in their original condition and include all original packaging and certificates. Customized or engraved items are not eligible for return unless defective.

‍Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team to receive a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to securely send your item back to us.
